SeaFlower is a new coastal-village community in west Bradenton, roughly three miles from the beach and close to Sarasota Bay, with easy access to Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, and the broader Gulf Coast beach corridor. At full buildout, the community will include roughly 4,000 homes along with a Publix-anchored village center, restaurants, and office and retail space, all connected by trails, pocket parks, and lakes.
The architecture draws on coastal, Craftsman, West Indies, and transitional farmhouse styles, with front porches and rear garages designed to keep the street-level feel walkable rather than car-focused. Home types range from townhomes and villas to single-family and estate homes.
Five builders are developing homes within SeaFlower: Cardel Homes, David Weekley Homes, Issa Homes, M/I Homes, and Pulte Homes. Each brings its own price point and home collection, from Pulte's more accessible cottage plans to Issa Homes' larger estate designs, giving buyers a range of options without leaving the community.
Amenities include a resident clubhouse (the Garden Club), a fitness center, resort-style pool, event lawn and amphitheater, pickleball courts, and a community fire pit, in addition to the surrounding lakes and trails.
