I'm Susan L. Phelps, a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, serving Sarasota and Manatee Counties. I specialize in custom homes, new construction, and luxury listings — the areas where experienced, steady guidance matters most.
I've lived in Sarasota for more than 40 years and have spent the last 15 working in Florida real estate. That time on the ground means I know the local custom home builders, the new construction communities across Sarasota and Manatee Counties, and how a build actually moves from homesite selection through finishes, contract, and closing. My role is to help you make informed decisions at each step, not to rush them.
As host of American Dream TV, I spend much of my time with the people and businesses that shape this region, which keeps me close to the new developments and custom home communities coming to market.
My work has been recognized with Berkshire Hathaway's Chairman's Circle Gold and a place in the top 2% of the network. I hold the Certified New Home Specialist designation, along with Accredited Buyers Agent, Sellers Representative Specialist, At Home With Diversity.
